Deposits
Full payment is required:
- Within 24hrs if reservation is seven days or less from arrival time
- Within 48hrs if reservation is made by a third party
- Within 48hrs if reservation is for one night only
50% payment is required:
- Within 48hrs if reservation is eight or more days from arrival time
- Within 48hrs, with the balance thirty (add space) days prior to arrival for agents, group bookings of two or more rooms, and all reservations during our peak period.
Cancellation Policy
Normal season:
- 0 to 15 days to arrival 100% forfeit
- 16 to 30 days to arrival 50% forfeit
- 31 days & more to arrival 10% forfeit
Peak Season:
- 0 to 30 days to arrival 100% forfeit
- 31 to 50 days to arrival 50% forfeit
- 51 days and over from arrival 10% forfeit
